Return policy


You will receive a invoice by e-mail. A copy will also be in your package. If you can access to one or the other, please e-mail us at or reach us by phone at 1 (888) 387-7960.


If you are able receive in person yous package, at home or at work, your package will be sent by Canpar Courier. If you can’t be there to sign for package, we will sent it with Canada Posts and you will be able to pick it up at your local post office.

In every cases, all orders are shipped same day if received before 15h00 on open days, and the next working day if order is placed on weekends. A confirmation e-mail will be sent.


Problem or error with your order 
When receiving your package, please make sure it is not damaged and product is in good shape before signing for delivery. If, once package open, you notice merchandise is broken, please communicate with us promptly by phone at : 1 (888) 387-7960.

In the case of a order mistake, we allow 5 days for remplacement.


Exchange and return policy
Upon showing invoice we will exchange or refund any new product, not open and not damage in its original package within 5 days of reception of your order. For any question on that matter please call at 1 (888) 387-7960.
